We do NOT:
- Use remote-access, screen-sharing, or remote-desktop software to control your device.
- Access personal files unrelated to troubleshooting.
- Install monitoring or surveillance software.
- Collect passwords unless voluntarily provided for troubleshooting purposes only.
Customers may terminate any support session at any time.

How to Submit a Request. You may submit a verifiable consumer request using either of the two methods below:

- Online webform: Submit a request through our Contact page with “CCPA Request” in the message.
We will need to verify your identity before responding, which may require you to confirm information already on file (e.g. the name, phone number, or email associated with your request). Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written permission and proof of identity.
Response Timeline. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time, we may extend our response period by up to an additional 45 calendar days and will notify you in writing of the extension and the reason for it, consistent with the CCPA.

By submitting our contact form, callback request, or appointment booking form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from BookUsNerds regarding your support request, service updates, specialist notifications, and appointment reminders.

Charges. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

No Third-Party Sharing. Your mobile number and SMS consent data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Age Requirement
BookUsNerds services and this website are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly market to, solicit information from, or provide services to anyone under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit any personal information to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. A parent or legal guardian who believes their minor child has provided us with personal information may contact us at support@bookusnerds.com to request deletion.
