Who We Are
BookUsNerds is a Sacramento-based technology coordination service focused on the modern connected home. We help homeowners and small offices get printers, Wi-Fi routers, mesh systems, smart cameras, doorbells, and other connected devices configured correctly the first time, in person, on their own network.
Rather than walking customers through fixes over the phone, we coordinate a verified field dispatch partner to handle the work on-site. Every visit is scheduled in advance, scoped before arrival, and quoted under a transparent flat-fee model — no hourly meters, no surprise add-ons, and no remote-only guesswork.
We are independent, vendor-neutral, and not affiliated with any device manufacturer or internet service provider. Our role is simply to make sure your hardware works the way it was meant to, in the environment you actually use it in.
